Soul Quality Development

Think of the number placements in your core chart as KEYS. You got certain keys to unlock specific types of energy when you were born.


All energy comes from The Source (The One, The All, Creator, God/dess, etc). It is not compartmentalized, so your keys simply make it easier for you to channel certain manifestations of this energy.


BUT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF IT.


What numbers are missing from your core numbers? What things are difficult for you? Those are the keys you don’t have.


We seek these keys in our relationships with other people, but we can access the parts of the universe’s energy spectrum represented by those keys by doing the work ourselves. It’s better to shift your energy/vibration and expand your consciousness than to depend on others to be around to do the heavy lifting for you.


However, it requires living with discomfort. These are the areas of life we shy away from. They are also people we don’t like or experiences that keep happening.


Part of Consciousness Raising involves leaning into your SQD and learning to unlock that energy without being handed the keys.


How does this relate to Consciousness Raising? When we shy away from developing certain qualities, we continue to repeat certain negative cycles.


We are more likely to uphold toxic patterns. We are more likely to say yes to things that harm us, even if we do not consciously perceive it as such.


Consciousness Raising pushes us to explore spaces where we are uncomfortable:


  • It pushes us to learn how our actions help or harm ourselves and others.
  • It pushes us to learn how we help to perpetuate our own oppression and the oppression of others.


How do we consciously engage in SQD?


Confront the things that give you the ick. You don’t have to do it all at once. On a piece of paper, write down

“Soul Quality Development”. Underneath that, write down every number that is not in your chart. Under each number, list some qualities that it has that you would like to develop. Chances are very good that leaning into these energies and creating experiences to engage in SQD will trigger discomfort. It may even make you angry. It is very possible that your SQD can be tied up with the negative patterns you engage in.


Your SQD might manifest in areas where you are bigoted or discriminatory, where you are afraid, or where you make yourself small.


Start with a tiny step. Push yourself to do one thing. Maybe you lack 4, and scouring your office, throwing things out, and attempting to bring order to your workspace makes your heart palpitate.


Maybe you lack 7, and being alone in public makes you feel weak or intimidated.


Maybe you lack 5, and trying foreign food is a hard no. Give yourself time to process what you’ve done and how you feel.


Then, get out that list and move on to the next thing. And then the next thing.


We are all connected. When you lean into difficult situations, you shift your energy, and then the spillover effect occurs—other people shift their energy in response. Your SQD helps and/or catalyzes everyone

around you.
